When and where is AI Week 2026?

AI Week 2026 takes place between June 1-4. The main event will be held at eBay HQ in San Jose, CA, with virtual programming and celebrations happening across eBay campuses.

Submission: Process, review and acceptance

How will submissions be reviewed?

The paper review process will be led by the Track Leaders. Assisting them is a broad-based committee of reviewers, made up of subject matter experts from across the company.

When and how will I be notified if my submission is selected for AI Week 2026?

Authors for the submission will be notified via email in late April.

Once a paper is accepted, when is the final product due date?

We'll provide guidelines, dates and templates for presenters.

Plan to have your final product Presentation/Google slides due by May 22. Poster due by May 22.

How do I ask the organizing committee questions about paper submission or process?

Email your questions to aiweek@ebay.com.
